1. Establishment process of investment projects
(1) The establishment of foreign invested enterprises that do not involve the special administrative measures of China for admittance of foreign investments
Foreign invested enterprises or their investors shall submit the materials needed for business record and registration by filling in the singular form for business record and registration through the online business registration system on Jiangsu Government Service Website. After the business registration is approved, relevant information shall be relayed to the Comprehensive Application System of Foreign Investment Management of the Ministry of Commerce. The commerce authorities in the place of registration then shall handle the record of registration.
